Mechanical Packaging

We design our mechanical solutions using SolidWorks and have experience of highly complex systems along with rapid prototyping solutions. This means we can take a basic idea to a prototype which is 99% ready to go to production with the minimum of hassle and technical risk.

We have access to a myriad of 3d printing technology and CNC machining capabilities so we can provide a physical realisation with a minimum of fuss.

  • Mild steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Domex Steel

Our sheet metal design and fabrication service is more than just the standard services provided by most companies. How do we differ, well the need to reduce cost is always imperative if contracts are to be won and margins maintained and that’s where we come in.

Whether you provide us with a design  to manufacture or we simply design from scratch, where ever possible we will advise and make suggestions to optimise the design and reduce cost on the project without compromising the products form, fit , and function.

Any time changes are proposed, the design is always submitted back for approval from the customer prior to manufacturing.

During the design process the client receives regular updates allowing the client to stay in control ensuring minimal delays and avoid expensive modifications at all times.

Prior to finish being applied to the product, it is possible for the product to be shipped to client for trial fitting and the compilation of any snag list or design changes they may require.

Upon completion of the trial fit the item is shipped back to us for changes or the applying the finish.
